The Seller reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. The new general conditions will apply to all sales made after their publication on the Lefildutemps.ch website. The Customer is invited to regularly consult the general conditions in force.

If one of the provisions of these general conditions is declared null or inapplicable, the other provisions will remain in force and will continue to produce their effects.

These general conditions are written in French. Communications between the Seller and the Customer will be in French.

By accepting these general conditions, the Customer acknowledges having read them and accepts them without reservation. These general conditions cancel and replace any other written or verbal agreement between the Seller and the Customer.
